(Gluto HEP Terms and conditions)

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gluto HEP website, mobile applications, and all related services in regards to your contributions on the Platform. By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, contribution, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions as well as using our platform, which is incorporated herein by reference.

> REGISTRATION:
* Users are expected to pay a non refundable registration sum of ₦3,500 only.
* After making payment for your registration, you have 48hrs to activate a subscription plan or else your account will be deactivated and you will have to pay another registration money to activate your account.

> INFORMATION UPDATES:
* Users must always keep their profile updated with their most recent information.


> PAYMENT INSTRUCTION:
* All payments are sent into the Gluto HEP bank account.
* Sender's name must be the same with the Gluto HEP account holder's name.
* It is important to Upload the original proof of payment as instructed by our system while making any payment.
* Fake payment proof will lead to blocking of your Gluto HEP account.


> KYC VERIFICATION:
* Users must do their KYC verification before subscribing to a Contribution Plan.
* Users must submit all KYC requirements in order to be verified successfully.
* KYC verification is instant upon application.


> SUBSCRIPTION PLAN:
* Pick any of our subscription Plan that suits your budgets
- Saving ₦1,300 Weekly
- Pro ₦2,000 Weekly
- Boss ₦5000 Weekly
* Do not add another Subscription plan until the first Plan has been activated.
* Users are allowed to add multiple Subscription plans in order to start a different weekly contribution package.
Notice: a sub account with the newly added plan will automatically be created by our system.
* Users can view their contribution progress and more information by navigating to "My Plan".
* FUNDING SUBSCRIPTION PLAN - Users can either fund their wallet to subscribe or pay directly into the Gluto HEP bank account.


> CONTRIBUTION PROTOCOL:
* Users who are already subscribed are expected to make a contribution on every Friday of the week.
* Weekly contributions end at Sunday 11:00 PM.
* MAKE CONTRIBUTION - This Menu is closed every Monday at 1:00AM to Thursday 11:00 PM. Opens from Friday 12:00 AM to Sunday 11:30 PM.
* CLAIM CONTRIBUTION - This is available only when your contribution is matured, our system will automatically detect if your contribution is matured for claim.
* User must claim a contribution when it's matured, by clicking on the Claim button.
* Total contribution amount will be credited into the Users wallet once it's being claimed, Users can then withdraw funds into their preferred payout method.
* Every account must complete the 52weeks contribution before it can be empowered.


> FUNDING GLUTO HEP WALLET:
* Users must be KYC verified.
* Send TOP UP amount to the Gluto HEP bank account, funds will be credited into your wallets once confirmed by our system and it is almost instantly.


> DEFAULTED PAYMENTS:
* Our system automatically detects defaulted payment.
* User is expected to clear the defaulted payment in order for 52weeks contribution to be completed successfully.
* 3 defaulted payment will lead to an inactive account.
* To re-active account, defaulted payment must be cleared.


> WITHDRAWAL:
* Users can withdraw only the contribution claim amount that is in their wallet.
* Top up balance cannot be withdrawn.
* Withdrawal processing is almost instant.


> PAYOUT METHOD:
* Add preferred payout method, Bank account or cryptocurrency.
* Make sure you are adding the correct beneficiary details, We are not liable for any loss of funds.


> TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT:
* We respect user privacy so termination of account can be done from your profile.
* Before terminating the account, kindly process withdrawal of any funds in the account by contacting support.


> NOTIFICATION:
* Users must check their registered email for notification from Gluto HEP.
* All Gluto HEP updates are sent by email to the registered account email address.
